In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Participate and/or lead the work of gathering requirements from business, and interpret and evaluate gathered requirements
• Participate and/or lead work in information- and solution analysis
• Define and maintain business terms and definitions of data element
• Help Agile Product Owner to break down investment opportunities into MVP's and detailed user stories in the backlog
• Lead and participate in testing of new functionality to determine if a solution has fulfilled the requirements
• Participate in quality assurance of delivered functionality
• Create and develop descriptions and functional documentation in a structured way
• Proactively seek and give feedback on the delivered functionality
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure high quality deliveries
What is needed in this role:
• Relevant University degree
• Experience from the business/functional area
• Good business understanding of the area
• Experience from requirement and test work
• Ability to be communication bridge between IT and Business stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills
• Structured, systematic, interest in details
• Customer-centric
