Presentation
The Finance organization within the Surgical Division at Mölnlycke Health Care is now recruiting a Surgical Business Analyst based at the HQ in Gothenburg. You will be the gatekeeper and drive various projects and tasks on behalf of the Finance Director. The position reports to Finance Director Surgical.
Publiceringsdatum2011-02-11Dina arbetsuppgifterIn the role you will be the main contact person at the divisional level in all finance and administrative matters besides the Finance Director. You will assist in and secure coordination within Surgical Finance of forecasts, budgets and strategic plan processes.
You will also:
• Identify and analyze deviations on Operating expenditures at surgical level at a glance
• Controller for Medical department, Human Resources and Surgical management
• Prepare analysis and consolidate forecast, budget and strategic plan submission to a divisional level
• Assist Surgical Financial Director with management reports, presentations and analyzes
• Work closely with HR to have a good overview of headcounts at actual, forecast and budget level
• Responsible for communication and adherence of authorization matrix
• Be expert user for Cognos.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for a finance person with a university degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of working experience in the controlling field, preferably in an international environment.
You are an ambitious and organized person with a strong drive to deliver result. Good communication skills, high motivation and the ability to interact and work effectively in a team-based environment are essential qualifications. You like to work in a proactive way and have the ability to lead and motivate other people.
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Cognos are a must. Knowledge of Hyperion and SAP is considered a merit. You are also fluent in English, written and spoken.
Experience of working within a large international organization across a multidisciplinary setting will be viewed favorably.
