About the job This is a truly unique opportunity! We are now looking for a business analyst who wants to join us on the journey to create a new team within Cash Management value stream This area is characterized by an enormous potential to bring value to our corporate customers across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for capturing, analyzing, documenting and communicating functional and non-functional requirements for system development and maintenance.
What you need to succeed We are looking for an analytical, open-minded, solution-oriented and strong team player who strive to work towards common goals. The most important quality to possess in order to be successful in this role is the ability to understand business needs and translate them to IT development. However, we also want our ideal candidate to :
Be open and attentive to alternate approaches, opinions and different means of working in order to accomplish results, despite setbacks
Have the ability to build confidence, both locally and cross-border
Have the ability to understand the relation between the 'big picture' and details
Be engaged in order to make things happen and contribute with a positive attitude, as well as willing to develop your own competences and skills
Be able to communicate in swedish, both written and spoken
Meriting is knowledge in Enterprise Architecture. It is also an advantage if you have experience from working with agile projects. Knowledge and an understanding of the business area, Cash Management, are considered as a merit.
