About the job The Risk Exposure Amount (REA) Calculation team is responsible for maintenance and development of services to support Group Finance process for Capital Adequacy Calculation. It will provide REA figures used for internal and external reporting and internal steering.
What you need to succeed Participating and/or leading the work of gathering requirements from business, and interpreting and evaluating gathered requirements;
Participating and/or leading work in information (where is the data) - and solution analysis (what is the best solution)as part of defining detailed requirements;
Help Agile Product Owner (APO) to break down investment opportunities into Minimum Viable Products (MVP) and user stories in the backlog;
Creating and developing process descriptions and functional documentation in a structured way;
Leading and/or participating in testing of new functionalities;
Participating in quality assurance of delivered functionalities
Experience from the business/functional area (Risk, Finance, BI);
Structured and systematic way of working with interest in details;
Strong analytical skills;
Fluency in English with good communication and documentation skills - being a bridge between IT and Business stakeholders;
Relevant university degree (economics, IT, mathematics);
Experience with BO, SPSS, SQL, any of SAS solutions SAS® or other analytical software would be an advantage
