hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Huvudkontor Forum i Stockholm The Business Analyst Product Line Laundry will provide proactive financial support to the Product Line Laundry Controller and the Product Line Laundry team leadership to the Product Line head and his/her team.
This is a temporary one year position.
Incumbent of this position will be proving an ongoing, proactive support to the Product Line Controller in the following activities:
Management Reporting / Monitor business performance:
• Continuous optimization (automation, standardization, timeliness, data quality) of the product line management reporting.
• Reporting and follow-up on key PL financials through budget and seasonal target variance analysis
• Provide monthly and quarterly analysis aimed at improving business performance to both Product Line head and the PL team
• Preparation of the Strategic Planning process for the Product Line
• Preparations needed for the development of the Product Line generation plan Product Line Profit and Loss targets setting for all cost lines as well as the CAPEX for the respective Product Line
• Work closely with the Finance teams in the Sector, Industrial Operations, R&D, Marketing, Sales and the Pricing Office to ensure best financial information flow and delivery of the targets for the different lines in the P&L.
Improving the Product Life Cycle revenue management through better financial analysis.

EXPERIENCE ON THE JOB:
Some experience within finance / controlling
Financial data monitoring and analyzing
Working with multifunctional interfaces
Degree economics, business management, finance
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES
Financial accounting & reporting
IT skills on Microsoft packages (Access, excel)
Business performance reporting & analysis
SOFT COMPETENCIES
