Description
The client is looking for a 4-7 years' experience (Senior) Application Specialist to assist in the Workforce Management Run&Dev.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist the client in:
Responsible for clarifying business needs, requirements management and solution evaluation:
• Identify potential improvements: to elicit, analyse, challenge and document all business needs.
• Set up a business analysis approach and plan, to support the selected business development activities (initiatives and releases).
• Identify the business consequences and risks with solution alternatives for process, organisation, tools and information.
• Assure quality and traceability of stakeholder needs and business requirements, and support the evaluation of solution alternatives.
• Communicate, clarify and safeguard evolving business needs along a project or solution life cycle. Support high level solution design, validation and configuration management.
• Clarify business needs during definition and validation of high level & low level design in cooperation with architects and developers.
• Review test plans and test cases to ensure compliance to the requirements. Support the planning and execution of testing activities.
• Good knowledge and experience in business analysis and modelling, requirements management process.
• Basic knowledge of configuration management and validation, including test methods and tools (ALM).
• Understanding of different delivery methods and software lifecycle management.
• Up-to-date with Workforce Management market trends and best practice within Business Analysis.
• Setup, deploy and migrate environments
• Work with global teams (GDBA; GNETWORK, IWAD etc) to get needed servers, DB's, infrastructure etc in place
• Able to read and create technical documentation (OPAM's, deployment documents, technical specifications etc)
• Deploying CR's and WFC interfaces
• Incident handling/ Trouble shooting
• Up to date (ie now v8.1.4) knowledge of Kronos Workforce Staff Planning and/ or Workforce Timekeeping application
• For TK: Able to configure and maintain a full TK solution, including Payrules, Accrual Profiles and their building blocks
• For SP: Able to configure and maintain an Autoscheduling setup including Workforce Forecasting
• For both: able to handle access levels (FAPs, GDAP's, etc) and UI (Navigators)
