What is needed in this role:
• Ability to collect business requirements and transforming them into valuable solutions.

• Communication skills and a sharing approach.
• You enjoy working in a team and collaborate with others.
• An interest in technology and a passion for process development (ways of working).
• You are structured, pedagogic and have an eye for improvements.
• You have a curious mindset and enjoy exploring different ways of problem solving together with the team.
• Any previous experience from financial institutes, usage of agile methodologies and/or -network area is an advantage.
