So, what will my role be other than having a great time in a challenging environment with outstanding colleagues, you might wonder?
You will be main responsible for many contact areas and also work closely to our Business Units as well as their customers which requires you to be an expert at communication. You will be working closely together with UX and architects and drive business requirements work in pre-studies and projects. You will work with both internal and external business contacts and act as a bridge to our development team representing customer voices internally at Connected Solutions.
You will be working in an environment with many both internal and external contacts and stakeholders with different ideas and perspectives regarding their orders. Your task is to make these ideas reality - which means that your daily work will be to have a holistic view and break down ideas and suggestions to clear and understandable orders.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive Business Requirements Work closely together with UX and Architects
• Have a holistic view and do requirement breakdown, from ideas and one-liners to Epics and User stories with acceptance criterias
• Being a bridge between development teams, business organizations and customers
• Doing travels to our stakeholders to maintain constructive and communicative relations
• Continuously reflect upon how we work and how to improve our way-of-working
• Actively participate in BA communities, seminars and fairs

Who are you?
As us, you are person who thrives when work is a bit challenging and requires problem solving. You should have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions but always keep a holistic view since our environment constantly evolves.
You are structured, innovative and have a strong customer focus in combination with a business oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork; contribute with team spirit and likes taking on responsibility.
Your competencies:
• A university degree in engineering, computer science or similar
• Many years of experience as Business or System Analyst in an international environment
• Ability to see the big picture, solve problems and act under pressure
• A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus
• Great communication skills with a proven ability to explain customer needs
• Experience from an applications developing context is preferred
