Do you want to be part of an exciting journey? Data driven business development is an important piece of the puzzle in the digital journey that we at Lantmännen Agriculture Sector have in front of us. Our newly established IT & Process Team is supporting an exciting and growing area within Lantmännen Agriculture Sector and we are now strengthening our team with a Business Analyst.

You will be the key player to support our business stakeholders in data-driven decision making and digitalization and will contribute to the development and operations of our products within the area of Business Intelligence and Analytics and our digital initiatives. As a Business Analyst Data & Analytics you will be part of an agile cross-functional product team and the link between the business and the scrum team. Together - towards smarter ways of working.

This is what you will do

As a Business Analyst you will identify data-driven ideas and pain points, define development initiatives, and describe use cases together with our business stakeholders and translate business processes and needs into requirements and specifications and transfer knowledge to our developers in our DevOpsTeams and work together and being part of agile cross-functional team.

You will support our Product owners to engage with stakeholders, support the identification of improvement needs, prioritize, and maximize the impact on the business. You will also support our stakeholders to understand data and use it to make tactical and strategic business decisions. You will contribute to test and follow up implementation of changes/ developments according to agreed business requirements and being responsible for documentation of and contribute to keeping track of business needs and of course contribute to measuring the requirements fit and the effect on the business goal.
This is what you need to succeed

You have:

- 2+ years experience working as Business Analyst or similar position in an agile environment
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a corresponding field, as well as deep knowledge of Business intelligence and analytical tools
- Experience with digital products with high complexity
- Familiar with reporting & data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Cognos Analytics
- Experience in delivering valuable products in diverse and changing organizational environment
- Agile and iterative, structured way of working and achieving results together with a team in a flexible product-centric environment
- Experience working with AI is an advantage but no must

You are:

- Curious and business oriented and you find interest in identifying new possibilities
- A team player who takes ownership, builds cross-functional relationships with co-workers, and loves sharing knowledge
- Excellent analytical, communication, networking and stakeholder managements skills
- Passioned and experienced in process development and ability to see the big picture
- Excited by the possibilities that digital solutions bring to improve value for the business
- Used to deal with and analyze complex problems.
- Having a holistic mindset where you always are working for the greater whole.
- Experienced in change management
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
