We are seeking an experienced Brand Creative Director to lead and elevate our brand's creative vision and identity. As a strategic thinker and dynamic leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's narrative and creative direction across various platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll guide the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with our brand's values, objectives, and market positioning.
This is what you'll do
In this role, you will develop and articulate a cohesive brand strategy that resonates with our target audience, differentiates us in the market, and aligns with business goals. You will lead cross functional teams of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Provide guidance and mentorship to help the team achieve their full potential.

Further, you will drive the creation of compelling and innovative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives that capture the essence of our brand and engage customers. You will oversee the development of a consistent and impactful visual identity, including logo design, typography, color schemes, and visual elements that reflect the brand's personality and values. You will collaborate with writers to develop persuasive and on-brand messaging across various touchpoints, ensuring a unified voice and tone.

Further, you lead the creative development of integrated campaigns, including traditional and digital media, social media, and experiential marketing. You work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure creative concepts align with overarching business strategies and objectives. You make sure to stay current with industry trends, design innovations, and cultural shifts to continuously evolve the brand's creative approach and maintain relevance.

Moreover, you will efficiently manage creative resources and budgets, making strategic decisions to allocate resources effectively. You will also present creative concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders and external clients/partners, effectively communicating the rationale behind creative decisions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work across various mediums
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in design software, project management tools, and digital marketing platforms
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into creative strategies
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and mentorship skills.
