hela Sverige We are a Swedish branch office of UK Registered Telemarketing Company, operating in Sweden since 2004. Our offices are based in Roslags Näsby (Täby), less that 5 minutes walk from the train station.
We are currently looking for few additional bubbly & chatty Members to complete our young International Telesales Team!
We are looking for Candidates who:
• Speak & write perfect English & French (Italian or some other additional languages will be an advantage);
• Have excellent educational background, with a keen interest in business & finance;
• Have excellent communication skills, lots of enhusiasm and positive attitude!
• Have very good computer skills (familiarity with Salesforce woud be a really big plus!);
• Are fast learners, able to handle pressure and cover few different Projects simultaneously!
• Are hard-working and self-driven individual, able to wok on his/her own but also as part of a Team;
• Are able to start working immediately!
The primary task would be to promote & sell, by the means of telephone call, professional training courses & conferences (organized by the third party) to a contact database consisting of past delegates & prospects in designated Region/Countries;
Key accountabilities:
• Provide accurate and efficient information to potential attendees to events
• Ensure efficient and timely coverage of the data relevant to the project
• Carry out effective credit control to ensure payment is received after the registration
• Liaise with existing Clients on a regular basis and ensure they are fully familiar with forthcoming events and any special offers they may be entitled to
• Look out for new potential Clients by keeping abreast the local and global economic situation as well as help develop new markets and events based on the feedback received from those contacted;
• Provide the Management with a written Weekly Feedback Report with a summary of most typical responses;
• Continuously upgrade delegate information and maintain an up-to-date level of data in order to support the implementation of a an effective database
• Come up to speed quickly and ensure to be constantly up to date with the portfolio of products we sell in order to allow cross-selling current and future events
• Be an active member of the Sales Team
