Your mission
Together with a team of architects and developers, you will be a part of our digital frontier by building state-of-the-art BI and data analytics solutions, providing business insights to 15 000+ users around the globe. We work in an agile, safe to fail and learn environment and collaborate closely with the business and technical expertise in an iterative and communicative way. This to ensure the drive towards the common goal for delivery of efficient solutions.
You will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business functions. By finding the business needs and leading the team, you will facilitate and ensure the successful end to end delivery of data analytics solutions to the business.
Together with other Delivery Leads, Developers and Architects you will drive and be involved in work for improving ways of working and processes.
Your profile
You like getting to know new people and are curious of their perspectives. Collaboration through any channels, platforms or across borders, building your network, comes natural to you.
You have a passion for analyzing, illustrating and creating a common understanding of the business needs. Coaching and leading your team to create solutions that makes a true difference motivates you.
You get fueled by being part of driving cases where new technology, such as advanced analytics (AI and ML) are applied to meet the needs.
Since we are a global company, good verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary
Location and travel
Location for this role is flexible within the Epiroc IT HUB locations, e.g., Örebro (SWE), Stockholm (SWE), Prague (CZ), in or close to CET time zone. As the role is global and meeting the stakeholders is vital, you can expect occasional travel.
