Northvolt is now looking for a Battery Materials Manager to be part of our team. Reporting to the Director of Cell Technology, you will be responsible for the development of battery materials at Northvolt. With a thorough understanding of optimization and manufacturing engineering of battery material process you will be deeply involved in the process of optimization, the iterative work leading to the highest yield rate for the production and the optimization of material characteristics. You will serve as the lead technical expert for buyers, strategic suppliers and technical team members.
