Base Software Tester
We are looking for a Base Software Tester for the Modem Development Test Team. You will work with test of new functionalities in an early phase in Modem SW development projects. It includes doing test analyses, test specifications, implementing test scripts, test executions, stabilisation and troubleshooting.
The task requires deep knowledge within embedded software testing as well as PC driver testing. Included in the task is performing measurements of the embedded system. You enjoy working both independently and in small teams and are focused on reaching result on time.
You will be located in Lund.
COMPETENCE
• Experience from testing or developing within embedded SW.
• A deep interest in technique and testing and eager to solve related problems.
• Knowledge in C, Python or similar programming language is required. Also some knowledge in CM tools like Rational Clear Case or similar.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
PERSONAL PROFILE
You are self driven with good social skills. You support your group members, you are good at teamwork and you also have a great ability to work independently. You love to work in an international environment and have a passion for telecommunications and testing.
