Skanska Financial Services (SFS) is Skanska 's finance function and a part of the head quarter in Stockholm. Treasury is responsible for financing of the Skanska group and manages risks such as foreign exchange, interest rates, financing and liquidity. Treasury is the internal bank and work proactively and with a high degree of service towards business units and projects.
We are now looking for a person to join our Treasury Administration team consisting of Back Office and Cash Management, in total 5 persons reporting to Head of Treasury Administration. Treasury Administration work closely together with the other treasury units; Front Office, Middle Office and Pension Trust.

Job description
Your daily work will consist of the following tasks among others:
* Run projects to develop the function and implement new technical solutions
* Management of the group's cash pools and optimization of account structure
* Cash flow forecasts and follow-up
* Daily and monthly reconciliation of accounts
* Management of financial and internal transactions
* Support and communication with Skanska 's business units
The team is responsible for cash forecasting system, Nomentia, which includes user support, training of users and system administration.
Your Profile
We believe the ideal candidate for this role has at least a couple of years of experience from a Back Office and/or Cash Management position in a relevant finance organization, and a degree in business administration or similar. Experience from project and/or initiatives related to process development and digitalization is particularly interesting to us. Good communication-skills in both Swedish and English is required. You are a confident user of banking systems, treasury systems and MS Office. Experience in Wallstreet Suite, Nomentia and Finastra is meritorious.
As a person you have a proactive mindset in combination with good sense for details and numbers. You are structured and able to plan and prioritize in an efficient manner. Your curiosity and strong will to contribute in change and development will make you successful in this role. You enjoy to challenge existing processes and are always looking for the most efficient way to do things. We are looking for a solutions-oriented person with a positive attitude and good collaboration skills, as the role includes close contacts and collaboration with other functions, business units and external counterparties.
