About the position:

This is now possible in the Heart of Rising star of Central Europe as we are looking for behalf of our well-know Client in Warsaw, Poland energetic candidates for the position of:

Back Office Support Specialist

In this role you are responsible to handle Order Processing and Customer Care while liaising with Marketing team and Account Managers or Sales Engineers for additional information as requested. You will provide information about customer order management regarding deadlines, orders, delivery locations, referrals, billing, transport guide etc. Additionally you will take care of 1st level general pre- and post-sales support via email and web chat tool, occationally also process inbound calls, register these interactions and proceed with right actions to solve each case, as well as prioritize the needs of customers' support.

Also active maintenance of the customer database and collaboration with marketing team regarding campaign management, launch of new products and promotion of company's Continuous Improvement Program will be part of your tasks.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

• General interest and positive attitude for learning technical concepts
• Bachelor's Degree, ideally combined with 1-2 years relevant experience
• Good knowledge of one of the Scandinavian languages: Danish, Norwegian or Swedish (B2) and English
• Strong written communication and time management skills
• Customer service orientation and willingness to help customers providing outstanding service experience
• Ability to learn quickly and openness to changes
• IT Skills: Lotus Notes or Outlook, MS Office package; CTI telephony (Avaya 7.22), SAP or CRM platform would be an advantage
• Ability to multi-task, to work independently, demonstrate own initiative, but also act as a collaborative team member
• Analytical skills to understand and handle problematic and complex issues
