Back Office Manager / Chef över Back office
We are looking for a manager in telecom business for our back office department. You will lead the work within radio network, operations, BSS, RAN; BTS; BSC; NODEB and RNC. Main responsibilities:
• Back Office Manager has overall responsibility to fulfill contractual obligation towards customer and financial targets are achieved through delivery of MS project.
• Establish and manage the organization of Back Office Managed service delivery organization, including driving and handling of requirements of management, technical staff and 3rd parties.
• Initial build up and management of technical functions at various levels, budget management, daily management of the Managed Service Back Office delivery, performance assessment of the employees, customer relation management etc.
• Perform regular reporting of service delivery and quality with belonging analysis and actions, drive operational excellence programs for the MS delivery.
• To develop, manage and improve processes and procedures for Managed Service delivery towards Customer ensuring all inter working units e.g. system support units, inter working operators, subcontractors etc are working according optimal processes.
• Manage service, network performance analysis and KPI reporting for overall back office operations.
• Management of working level agreement and escalations with third party vendor/supplier.
• Management of operating level agreements with the internal functions.
• Lead or participation in required Customer and internal meetings and forums.
• Costing, pricing and negotiations of additional service sales for different functional sub-units, Support Service Sales and Contract Management functions.
Qualifications:
• 11-15 years of working experience in Telecommunication or IT industry, experience in Back Office operations of Telecom networks/ IT industry in multi-vendor scenario and leading such functions at Operator or Vendor.
• Working level experience on managing large network of NSN 2G BTS, ultra NodeB, Flexi nodes for GSM/LTE/UMTS services.
• Working level experience on NSN BSC and RNC.
• Detail knowledge on operation and maintenance on Huawei eNodeB, BSC, RNC for GSM/LTE services.
• Excellent understanding and working experience on interface between different network elements.
• Good general knowledge in Mobile Telecom (2G,3G,4G), and developing technologies in Telecom
• People Management experience and experience in driving build up and change programs for organizations and operations
