Jobdescription:
The role of Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is to help customers realize the full value from their investments in Microsoft technologies by delivering Premier Support Services. Premier customers range from medium sized organizations to strategic large multinational enterprises and partners. The SDM is a trusted advisor to Premier customers providing valuable guidance around operational excellence and optimization by planning for services addressing customer's improving areas.
Descripition of qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science or similar education required
• Experience in IT Service preferred
• Broad knowledge in Microsoft technologies preferred
• Project management skills is preferred
• Effective in building relationships and trust
• Excellent English and Swedish verbal and written skills
• Good presentation skills
