The person right for this role is comfortable keeping up with daily communications to a number of people, tracking progresses and coordinate events and teams to help push the development forward. We believe them to be a team player that thoroughly enjoys working alongside others whilst still retaining ownership over specific areas of the processes.

In this role you will be working alongside one of our Producers on the day-to-day development and you will be an integral part of helping the team reach their goals and milestones.
Our studio is located in central Uppsala, Sweden which is a small and vibrant city 40 minutes north of the capital Stockholm. It has a historical heritage reaching back to pre-medieval times.

This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible. The role is onsite with a possibility for hybrid work. We will support your relocation and/or application for work permit if you don't have one or are not an EU citizen and/or are not currently residing in Sweden.
Responsibilities
Work alongside a Producer on the day-to-day development and timely delivery of a section of a major AAA project, to a high quality.
Coordination and documentation of development meetings.
Coordinate team members from across various departments resulting in the delivery of game features.
Help to set up sprints and maintain the product backlog for the areas of the game under your responsibility.
Track, communicate progress and resolve problems during Sprints.
Develop and maintain both short- and long-term capacity planning methods.
Coordinate and manage approvals from the appropriate creative and technical leads.
Coordinate gameplay/focus test sessions.
Regularly communicate and coordinate with our publisher's development and QA teams.
Daily correspondence with development team members.
Qualifications
Have a track record of successful production management.
Experience of game development, potentially in another role, such as a Senior QA Tester or Lead QA Role.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrable experience working within a modern game development process, including estimating workflow, resolving bottlenecks, identifying dependencies, evaluating work quality, and proactively solving problems.
Solid technical knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Preferred Skills
Experience of a Team Leadership role is advantageous.
