Job Summary
With the increased focus on extending our client relationships, Standard Chartered Bank AG is currently looking for an Associate Director, Client Management to join our team in Stockholm. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client delivery and experience across all processes and services managed by Client Management.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Relationship Managers with and performing end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by Client Management
Engaging clients throughout process, ensuring seamless delivery and client experience
Owning and driving execution of processes, working closely with stakeholders and the value chain to deliver excellent client service
Ensuring alignment between CIB business and Client Management with regular engagement regarding business priorities, issues, and address any gaps
Driving continuous improvement of the operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes to increase the consistency of systems and processes
Performing relevant account opening activities, working closely with the relevant teams
Supporting the Relationship Manager in reviewing client account activity reviews, ensuring transactional activities are aligned to the client's business profile
Ensuring alignment between Relationship Manager and Client Management with regular engagement regarding business priorities, issues, and address any gaps.

Qualifications
Ideally 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry in covering Corporate clients
Clear understanding of the client needs being serviced, and strong drive to deliver exceptional client service and experience
Strong ability to positively influence stakeholders across value chain to both orchestrate and execute on processes and deliver exceptional client service and experience
Ability to positively engage and build rapport with clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Problem solving skills with focus to identify solutions
Ability to work independently without direct supervision and able to cope with pressures from tight deadlines
A team player with good interpersonal skills
