About the Strategic Programs Practice (SPP)
SPP is Ericsson's internal management consultancy. We work closely with Ericsson's Executive Team to deliver break-through impact through engagements on strategy, organization, corporate finance, sales, operations, and change. We are based in Stockholm but serve Ericsson globally.
What you will do
Contribute in SPP projects as analyst.
Design analysis, carry out data gathering and interviews, execute analyses.
Synthesize and present findings to project team and clients.
Work effectively with SPP and client teams
Contributes to SPP operational development and builds own toolbox
Develop skills for future management roles at Ericsson.
You will bring
Excellent academic track record from top schools
Preferably 1-2 years experience as management consultant and/or business management experience from a line position
Proven track-record of being able to structure, solve & synthesize complex business problem
