We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated consultant who would like to support our work.
Support our president in the daily work
Be responsible for key meetings and events in our Sweden R&D center in an efficient and effective way
Take part in planning big events for the whole research center
Support team building and important activities
Support to expats with local issues
Key documents, appointments and notifications preparation for the whole R&D center
HR data maintenance
Qualifications and experience
More than 5 years? experience of working as a secretary/assistant (including intern or working student), preferably in a public and/or international company
Professional, confident and stress-resistant personality
Service mentality
Skills requirements
Excellent working proficiency in English and Chinese Mandarin (written and spoken); Swedish will be considered a plus
Advanced MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Photoshop
Mature, credible and strong interpersonal skills combined with team spirit, openness to an international environment and Chinese business culture
Have the ability to work independently with a hands-on, can-do attitude
You are a great teammate and pitch in to help wherever you are needed
You are highly organized with a keen eye for detail and a quick learner as well
Highly experienced with planning & organizing parties
