Job Description
The role as an Assistant to the CEO includes multiple responsibilities such as;
• Administrative and secretarial support
• Scheduling and maintaining the CEO s diary
• Assisting the preparation and planning of receptions, dinners and other social events
• Assisting with preparation of programs for visitors of the Organization
• Translating material from Swedish to English and from English to Swedish
Professional and personal qualifications
• 5 years of experience of similar position
• Interpersonal skills
• Independent and proactive
• Accurate
• Big sense of responsibility
• Capacity of working under pressure
• Fluency in English
• Swedish as mother tongue
• Good computer skills, MS Office
• Recommendations from former employer
Educational Qualifications
Academic Degree is desirable
