hela Sverige Do you want to drive administration efficiency in a growing Service team? As unit assistant you will provide support to individual executives and management team members, with admin tasks such as HR admin, budget, handling requisitions/invoices/ purchasing, etc.
Your main responsibility will be to coordinate internal/external communication ensuring knowledge and information is shared as well as keeping others up to date. You will handle documentation structures, compile and issue special documents, presentations, organization charts and correspondence. You will also be responsible for delivering specific department/ unit processes/programs as well as being part of the implementation of improvement projects. During the year you will assist in business critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conference registration, visiting speakers etc.
The successful candidate holds a Bachelor in administration or equivalent along with more than 5 years' experience from a leading administration position. Fluency in both English and Swedish, written and spoken, is a requirement. On a personal level you are costumer focused and have skills in basic management technologies, organization, service attitude and teamwork.

You will be based in our Transformer Service unit in Ludvika being part of a strong transformer cluster where ABB develop, produce and sell power transformers, reactors, transformer components and transformer services up to the highest occurring powers and voltages. We are working with the latest technology, often developed within transformers team in Ludvika.
