The portfolio covers airborne-, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare and aircraft systems, cyber security, combat systems and C4I solutions.
We are now looking for an Assistant and Compliance Administrator as a substitute during our current assistant 's parental leave between September 2023 to March 2024.
Our team at Business Compliance within Surveillance has sites in Järfälla, Göteborg, Huskvarna and Linköping.
The position may therefore occasionally require limited travel.
Job location is Järfälla or Gothenburg.
Your role
The role as Assistant and Compliance Administrator is to support the function with administrative tasks and to assist with administration related to compliance such as marketing consultancy payments and our compliance training courses. Our financial system in Sweden is Agresso and we administrate our training in Workday.
Examples of administrative tasks are:
* Support the line manager to book, coordinate and prepare meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
* Support the function (today 16 people) with everyday administrative tasks
* Administrate our web sites, SharePoint sites etc.
Examples of compliance related tasks are:
* Work closely with Ethics & Compliance and Finance in order to administer, document and record, market consultancy payments, including approvals
* Be course administrator in Workday for several of the functions' compliance areas (booking, planning and registration)

* Have a service-oriented approach and be the functions "spider in the net".
* Work in a structured way and be able to work proactively and take own initiatives.
* Have integrity, be responsive and flexible.
* Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish and English
* You have a drive, perseverance and an interest to learn new things and to develop
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
