For a long term projectt in Stockholm we are searching for two ASIC/FPGA Project Managers.

PROFILE
You have extremely good knowledge within ASIC/FPGA development. Perhaps you have been involved in a number of projects with experience of IP development and have worked as Program- or Project Manager.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required in the daily work within the project team and people outside the project.

Key competences:
Work with Continues Improvement throughout the whole Digital ASIC & FPGA organization
Support, drive and push lean and agile practices
Establish and improve flow optimization
Identify and mitigate bottleneck and quality issues
Establish/improve program and project reporting
Drive and support framework and process updates
Drive, change and implementation of new WoW
Align process and framework updates on all global sites
Establish/improve governance model
Facilitate deep-dives and project audits
