MultiMind is looking for a Product Data Specialist to our client, a successful international company within the consumer goods industry (FMCG). You will be responsible for the processes and of correct product data to customers in the Nordics. This is an assignment and you will be employed at MultiMind, starting in April.
In the role you will ensure that Product Data for new & changed products is available to customers in Nordic. You will be an active partner in the launch and development of processes. You will launch projects to ensure that article Information is initiated in time and that project leaders are aware of deadlines and what they are required to supply. You will serve as the expert on requirements for the processes in Sweden. Drive projects to continuously improve and simplify processes to supply Product Data for Customers. Track, monitor and follow up the defined KPI’s to ensure maximum compliance levels (process and behaviors) and business benefits.
Main accountabilities:
• Make sure customers receive agreed product information for new launches across the Nordic region
• Interact and support with several business functions
• Take part in category planning meetings to have an overview on what is coming.
• Complete master data required in Excel & SAP and GDS.
• Take part in the implementation: Project Management activities and Master data cleansing.
Relevant experience:
3-5 years of experience of working in SAP, either with master data or in a function heavily dependent on master data.
Working Experience in InterSpec or other specification system and working experience from projects either as responsible or team member.
Key Skills:
• Working experience in SAP/R3, preferably in the master data area.
• Master data process understanding.
• Good understanding for Data flows and data integration between systems.
• Project Management or participation.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) one or more Nordic languages a plus.
• Knowledge of/experience in consumer goods industry.

• Focus on details.
• Process knowledge.
• Ability to work independently.
• Structured and disciplined.
• Accountability to deliver to plan on time.
