Reporting to the International Sales Manager, you will be responsible of  further development of clients in Sweden and Norway as well as to identify and pursue prospect companies.

Clear sales targets will be set, which you will pursue with perseverance and good salesmanship. You will actively identify potential customers and influence key decision makers at all levels in their organization, while building good and long-lasting relationships. You will spend the majority of your time in the field, visiting prospects, customers and trade fairs in order to build trustful relationships within the industry. You will also have the Key Account Management responsibility with bigger customers/customers with potential.

You have to be highly self-motivated and independently organize and prioritize your sales activities to maximize results.

You will be part of a sales team of 9 sales people across 6 European countries, supported by back-office experts in Denmark. You will be working from home office and we believe you are located in Skåne-Gothenburg area.
Qualification:

Min 5 years of experience with B-2-B service/solution sales towards industrial customers, e.g. OEM customers and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
You have a commercial education combined with a good understanding of chemistry and/or manufacturing processes - or the other way around. You are able to understand the value chain and needs of different customers and combine these with services offered.
You work very targeted and independently with your sales opportunities. You are in complete control of your planning and commitments and you persistently go for closing the next deal.
Fluency in Swedish and English and an experienced user of MS Office. Your communication is crystal clear as well in writing as verbally.
You are an extrovert and result-oriented person with high drive and structure. You have a high sense of responsibility, but do not take yourself too seriously and have a good sense of humor, which makes you able to connect with all kinds of people.
