Job Description
WHAT YOU DO
You are the specialist and analyst in the Area team with the goal of driving selling, controlling the costs and maximizing the profitability. You have a strong sense of business and a genuine interest for the fashion industry. You optimize operations and stock levels in store.
You identify business opportunities and implement strategies together with the Area team to increase the shopping experience in the stores of an Area, securing that sales, efficiency and profit targets are reached. You initiate and drive projects independently as well as part of a team.
You constantly monitor and follow up on sales and results and initiate and take necessary actions accordingly. You follow up and analyze KPI's of the area and initiate actions to increase profit, balancing long and short-term planning. You set and drive goals of different responsibilities, follow up results as well as staff-planning, budgeting and store operations.
You provide constructive guidance to store managers and area team in regard to all controlling aspects to increase the overall result in your region. You train and develop store management team to ensure knowledge about planning, selling and profitability.
Qualifications
YOU SHOULD HAVE
Positive solution-oriented mindset and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical skills, willingness and capacity to learn new things.
A degree from a university in a numerate subject (e.g. Economics, Accounting or Business).
2+ years of experience in controlling or similar analytical roles
Very structured and organized with the ability to proactively prioritize, manage and complete multiple concurrent projects.
Strong in Microsoft Office in general and Excel in particular
You are confident to be an independent player, while also enjoying being part of a team.
Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
