Manufacturing Engineering and the Software Download & Final Test team offers you as an employee an opportunity to find new challenges. You will get a strong understanding and knowledge of car projects and software development within Volvo Cars. Main responsibilities
The job is highly diversified with many different tasks. Your main objectives are a combination of software download, quality assurance and final test work together with the team.
You will learn how to:
* Quality assure the software in order to meet internal standards.
* Develop, implement and maintain different script and test processes.
The position will also implicate a broad network and an opportunity for personal development in an international atmosphere.
Personal qualities
We are looking for employees that want to make a difference. We believe you are a service-minded team player with excellent communication skills. An abstract mind set and a holistic view is needed, as you will be dealing with complex cases.
Because of the fast moving environment, you need to be solution-oriented, flexible, self-propelled and have a strong customer focus. You are eager to utilize your strengths, curious to learn and able to step out of your comfort zone to work in global assignments within Volvo Cars.
Desired qualifications
* Bachelor degree or equivalent based on work experience
* 3-5 years of experience in software or/and car diagnostics
* Proven ability to adapt to, and utilize, cultural differences
* Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
* Driving license
