Responsibilities?
As the trusted advisor you will develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders in target portfolio. You will establish and play a fundamental part in integrating the adoption of Cisco technology into customer's business processes through a comprehensive understanding of the industry. You will also conduct challenges and objectives in mapping of Cisco Services to address their needs.
Another part of your role will be to ensure that all customers derive maximum value from their investment in Cisco SNCT specific purchases. You as a Delivery Manager have to identify risks for the customers so they can achieve their stated business goals and develop a risk mitigation plan. It's crucial to deliver successful customers to the contract renewal cycle and identify expansion opportunities; collaborate with sales teams for growth attainment. Most importantly you are responsible to serve as a "customer advocate" by driving the industry to the best point!
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for profiles with a background within senior level relationship management were you have a proven track of establishing and maintaining a long term C-level relationship with customers. Postgraduate is required (university diploma), Master of Business Administration would be an advantage. 5+ years of relevant industry experience with senior management within a technical organization is preffered.
