As a Training Specialist, you will be working in an innovative environment in close collaboration with your colleagues. Your main responsibilities will be to lecture courses in Air Traffic Management. You will supervise and manage training in accordance with company manuals, supervise and manage participants of the various courses.
The training is delivered at our premises at Malmö Airport but also abroad at our subsidiaries or destinations decided by our clients. This includes:
• Teaching and instructing students in classroom and simulators
• Follow-up on student performance
• Manage and support simulator instructors in their daily work
• Produce and develop teaching material
• To take part in training related tasks such as development of training tools, internal projects, consultancy services etc.
The employment is until further notice, starting as soon as possible. The conditions of employment follow the general conditions of the collective agreement "Kommunikation" between Almega and SEKO, ST, Ledarna, Jusek, CF, Civilekonomerna and SRAT.
Qualifications
• You have a background as Air Traffic Controller with ADI/APS ratings and a minimum of two years operational experience
• Preferably you have an OJTI and/or Assessor endorsement
• APP rating is considered an advantage
As travelling comes with this position, you will have to be willing and able to travel for shorter and/or sometimes longer assignments. We are looking for an open minded colleague with a positive attitude and a genuine interest in education and training. You have a flexible mind-set and have no problems adapting to quick changes. As a person you are structured, like to organise and take responsibility for things needed to be done. You like to work in a team but are also comfortable to work independently.
Our working environment is international therefor you need to have good spoken and written communication skills in English. The role requires a common knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
Entry Point North AB is an international academy specialising in Air Traffic Management training. The academy was established in 2005 and it educates primarily Air Traffic Controllers.
