This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for recruitment. Tasks and responsibilities:

In the role as an Application Support Specialist, you work with 2nd line support for both end users and superusers in a global organization. Your primary task is to handle cases and troubleshoot Sweco's HR system SuccessFactors. Examples of cases you handle are deviations in the system, incidents and requests.

Furthermore, you'll work with other local HR applications where the cases are received through the ticket system ServiceNow where your cases are of a different complexity. You also work with handling internal documentation, updating internal manuals and testing new releases. Since the role is new at SWECO, you are the second person to enter as 2nd line support for their HR system. You have a close collaboration with 3rd line and dispatch more complex matters where you work together to ensure good service to the organization's users.

As we see that you can acquire much of the knowledge for this position internally at Sweco, we will in this recruitment put a lot of focus on your personal qualities and your drive to develop in the area.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Experience of working with HR systems and HR data, for example in a role as superuser, HR administrator, payroll manager or similar
• Great interest in IT and systems and the willingness to learn
• Fluency in English, speech and writing

Merit:
• Knowledge in Swedish
• Experience working with SuccessFactors

In the role as an Application Support Specialist, you have broad contact areas internally, in a global organization and therefore we see that you who are applying are outgoing and communicative.
