We believe in innovation that truly impacts the bottom line, and we're looking for an Application Specialist to join our Inventory/Product team within Retail Development. Your Role in the Team As an Application Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in designing and improving solutions to optimize in-store product handling and drive the business forward.
This role requires you to be both a strong team player and an individual contributor. You'll collaborate closely with teammates, stakeholders, and business owners to enhance inventory accuracy, improve refill workflows, and drive the adoption of innovative technologies like RFID.
You will design and enhance applications for inventory management and product tracking in stores, focusing on improving stock accuracy and optimizing refill workflows. By integrating technologies like RFID, IoT, and mobile-driven tools, you'll aim to transform retail operations and offer unique in-store experiences, including customer interaction features such as QR codes.
You'll also work on developing and refining APIs for seamless integration across retail environments. Through data analytics, you'll help improve inventory workflows and stock level predictions.
The core goal is to align technical solutions with business needs, ensuring the innovations contribute to broader business objectives and enhance store functionality and operations. Collaboration with stakeholders and users is key to ensuring solutions meet both technical and business goals.

Is This You? You have a strong technical background and are passionate about building applications that make a tangible impact on the business.
You have experience in RFID technology, IoT, and mobile-driven solutions.
You have skills in API design and management
Knowledge of leveraging data analytics to improve processes and make informed decisions.
An understanding of retail store operations, including inventory tracking and customer-facing solutions.
You have skills in collaborating with business stakeholders and influencing decisions using data and logic.
You communicate fluently in both English and Swedish (spoken and written).

Bonus Qualifications:
A background in retail or understanding of in-store workflows.
Familiarity with modern retail platforms and automated solutions.
