We are looking for an application specialist to join the service department at our head office in central Stockholm.
The service department at RaySearch is an international and dynamic team of different backgrounds and skillsets, responsible for installation, support and training for customers. We offer an international work environment where we collaborate closely with our colleagues and distributors in the US, Europe and Asia/Pacific.
This role focuses on the Nordic, Russian and Polish markets, which means that you will also work close to our Sales representative and distributors for these regions. The position is fulltime and includes extensive travel.
As application specialist, you will primarily work with user trainings and sales demonstrations of our treatment planning system RayStation. This is mostly done on client sites but also in our training center in Stockholm, by webinars and at conferences. Your tasks will include planning, performing and documenting application trainings as well as creating and developing training materials. You will be responsible for assisting and guiding new customers as well as for maintaining the long-term relationship with established users.
The position also includes answering tenders and providing customer support through our web community, by email and by phone. For distributor markets in the region you will support the service organization of our distributors in the mentioned activities.
Experience & Skills
Required:
• BSc or MSc degree in medical physics, dosimetry or similar
• Clinical experience in radiotherapy
• Excellent English skills
• Ability to travel 50-80%
Meriting:
• Experience from the medical device industry in general and radiotherapy in particular
• Clinical experience of RayStation
Experience of training and education
Experience of customer and sales support
Knowledge of Russian/Swedish/Danish/Norwegian/Finnish
Experience of work in international environments
Personal Profile
We are looking for a radiation dosimetrist or physicist with a practical understanding of clinical radiotherapy. You enjoy a dynamic environment where you travel and meet new people and you are a good communicator with the ability to identify and understand customer needs. You adapt easily to new contexts and appreciate variation and flexibility. When faced with a challenge, you look for solutions and are not afraid to take initiatives.
