Are you looking for an international role with focus on generating profitable business growth, sales and product development?
Systemair is now recruiting an Application Manager with focus on promoting and developing synergies between our Air handling units and Air conditioning and heat pump products with the goal to increase even more the energy efficiency and customer friendliness of our solutions.
As an Application Manager, you will play an important role for the future of Systemair and the businesses profitability in these Business Areas. You get the opportunity to travel and work in an international environment.
In this role you will work closely with the factory Product Managers and Product Area Director of our AHU range as well as other function within the group such as Marketing, IT etc. You will report directly to Product Area Director AHU.
Main duties and responsibilities will include
• Defines the product and solution strategy aligned with the overall strategy of the group
• Manages the execution of the multi-year roadmap for the portfolio
• Understand market requirements and market & technology trends for current and future products.
• Develops and communicates compelling Value Proposition
• Monitor competition with respect to market performance, product portfolio and product performance
• Create technical documentation and marketing material as well as making sure that our descriptions text online and in our selection tools are up to date
• Educate our sales colleagues to boost AHU and heat pump systems sales
• Participates in technical meetings, conferences, workshops, industry days, trade shows and association events
Qualifications and Experience
• Master of science or similar education
• Good technical understanding in thermodynamic
• Experience from the HVAC market specifically the AC sector (heat pumps, chillers, VRFs etc) and Air handling units
• Experience in BMS integration and Integration of different type of system
• Working experience in a European environment
Personal Qualities
• Structured
• Good communication skills
• Used to working in a dynamic environment with high speed
• Taking initiatives and have good skills in creating long lasting relations
• Languages: excellent English, oral and written. Further language skills are beneficial
Other information
The location is preferably in Sweden at Systemair HQ in Skinnskatteberg, or in one of our other offices in Stockholm, Västerås, Norrköping or Göteborg. It is possible to be location at one of Systemairs offices in Europe. It is possible to work partly remotely.
