This is an exciting opportunity for you who are an Application Expert to join a challenging and fun project, which is included in a supply chain program implementing a new ERP solution. The project will deliver a new warehouse management solution that will be rolled out to existing and new warehouses globally over the coming years. We are currently building the organization to manage the solution and are looking for driven and enthusiastic Application Experts to join a highly skilled team.
As an Application Expert you will be responsible for identifying and defining business requirements and ensuring they are realized in our systems. A key success factor will be to translate business requirements into an efficient IT-solution. Dependent upon your experience and ambition, the role may contain both technical and functional aspects.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Application Expert comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Lead requirement analysis activities in close collaboration with IT, business and project leaders
• Lead and participate in workshops and meetings
• Design and analyze processes together with the business to ensure the designed solution is fit for purpose
• Setup configuration in the system according to verified requirements
• Produce maintenance documentation for full solution; standard, enhancements, configuration
• Participate in test planning and execute tests in the system to make sure the solution fulfills the identified requirements
• Support training and change activities
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Deep business knowledge, preferable in warehouse and/or e-commerce
• Excellent skills in writing functional requirements, user stories and use cases
• Communication skills around technical solutions and issues
• Experience from translating business requirements to functional and technical requirements
• Experience from Integrated Enterprise solutions
• Experience from integrating with Material handling equipment
• Ability to lead a team and drive tasks/workshops
It's an extra plus if you have experience from SAP EWM.
