We are looking for an Application Engineer Warranty to our ICW department. ICW consists of Sub-Project Manager's Site, Warranty PM's, Technical Analyst's and Application Engineer's Warranty and are divided in 3 different departments. This position is to the department Technical Support.

Your profile
* Bachelor or Master's in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related), or equivalent experience.
* Extended knowledge of Gas turbine, especially from MGT fleet, from design or field experience.
* Knowledge of Gas turbine maintenance concepts.
* You work well in teams and have a good communication, both internally and externally.
* Ability to coordinate technical issues and conduct meetings.
* Ability to face the customer to present a technical scope.
* Good knowledge of IT systems/software, especially SAP, PLM2020 and MS Office.
* Good communication skills (written & oral) within the English language.
* Knowledge of the Swedish language is an advantage.
Your work location will be our office in Finspång.
Your responsibilities
The mission of the Application Engineer Warranty (AEW) is to support and give recommendation to the warranty project manager based on your technical knowledge of the products on issues associated to warranty scope.
As a AEW you coordinate, lead and drive technical investigations to a final solution and implementation on site together with the engineering department, the material coordinator, field service personnel and WPM.
It is significant to be able to understand requirements from customers, to translate those requirements into implementation and to make sure that customers are satisfied.
