The Agile product owner will be accountable for delivery of the Mainframe integrations Services throughout the whole lifecycle and across the bank making sure the stability and delivery of the services is according to service level agreement.
You will work with closely with our external partner and collaborate with stakeholders all over the bank both to develop and maintain the services.
Your responsibilities:
Be a leader who builds trust, inspires people and shows courage
Aligning your work and the team's contribution to the bank's direction and strategy
Defining clear responsibilities and priorities for your team members
Ensuring a sustainable work climate and sustainable employees
Building a diverse team with high level of team spirit and engagement
Facilitate requirements prioritization with stakeholders and communicate with external partner.
Define requirements toward our service provider and develop roadmap
What is needed in this role:
Proven experience in leadership roles
Knowledge about IT Infrastructure
Excellent communication and relationship - building abilities, with fluency in English and Swedish
Understanding how to achieve results through others and take accountability for your team members' and the team's performance
Understanding in Mainframe products
Ability to assess and improve performance
Good skills in IT incident management.
Knowledge of Agile best practice and how to apply it to services.
