We have a role for AOD Infrastructure Architect in Gothenburg Sweden, please find below the details:
Job Description:
The mission for the infrastructure architect is to work with structuring, documenting and proposing
the infrastructure that matches the application needs in cooperation with the EA-architecture.
An infrastructure architect is involved in most IT-related projects though
also for ongoing operations and improvements.
The Infrastructure Architect also focuses on event, incident, problem, knowledge and change management processes, essential for runtime quality of the application in close cooperation with the SRM.
The Infrastructure Architect contributes with knowledge of business processes, application portfolios and interaction with solution delivery stakeholders and Software Architects. The Infrastructure Architect ensures quality and continuous improvements with respect to availability, capacity, security and IT service continuity in delivered application operation and application hosting services interacting with infrastructure teams working with transition and operation. Furthermore, the Infrastructure Architect secures compliance with agreed delivery times and performance targets.
Description of activities:
• Ensure productivity, quality and conformity of the service with the existing standards.
• Ensure efficiency (quality, availability, reliability) of the runtime service
• Incident, problem and Change Management
• Ensure the service in runtime according to agreement
• Engage as needed in one time deliveries to secure production services
• Ensure the runtime service has adequate quality measurement mechanisms. Measure performance indicators of the runtime service and trigger corrective actions, as require
• Follow up on volumes and give input to Capacity Management
• Application Deployment of a new version
• Drive and ensure that AOM and Infrastructure services are managed according to decided processes Standard Service Reporting and follow up
• Ensure availability management, provide security and service continuity plans as defined in the OLA
• Contribute to improve global methods/standards
• Manage global resources and multi-site service architecture
Soft skills:
• Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
• Good documentation skills
• Good working knowledge of MS OFFICE
• Should have a great customer handling skills
• Able to handle unforeseen situations
• Good understanding of ITIL V3 framework (Incident / Change / Problem management)

Bachelors / Masters / Equivalent
