About the role
Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights? Join Aira as an Analytics Engineer and help shape the future of our Commercial Team. In this global role, you'll sit at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge data technologies, building analytics capabilities that empower smarter decisions.
What you'll be doing
Define key metrics that guide our commercial strategies.
Build robust data models for attribution, channel performance, and customer journey analysis.
Partner with data engineers to transform raw data into valuable assets.
Develop dashboards and visualization tools for marketing and business insights.
Ensure data quality and optimize pipelines across marketing platforms.
Contribute to best practices, frameworks, and BI infrastructure.
What you'll bring to the role
Strong understanding of marketing data (UTMs, attribution, ad platforms).
Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (PowerBI preferred).
Experience with data modelling and ETL/ELT processes (dbt, SQL, Python).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
Bonus: Background in software development, machine learning.
