Rebtel is looking for an Analyst to Support and Community team

Rebtel is looking for an analyst to join our Community team in Stockholm. You will in your role focus on the drivers behind satisfaction and recommendation rates. We are looking for a hands on person who is ready to join a team with focus to be number one at understanding our customers.
Responsibilities:
Work with the team to define and track customer preferences, habits and behaviours
Track performance of CRM, support and community activities
Support the teams with data to identify opportunities
Define relevant projects and A/B tests based on your analysis
Requirements:
To compile and analyse data is part of your DNA
Experience with SQL and Excel
Proficiency in English
University degree or similar
Preferably 1-2 years of experience from analytical positions
