It's an exciting time to join Nordic Semiconductor as we continue our rapid growth while perusing high ambitions with dedicated colleagues worldwide. The Wi-Fi IC Group is newly established and looking to recruit experienced Analog and/or RF CMOS IC Designers and talented graduates. This position focuses on general analog and/or RF CMOS design developing Nordic Semiconductor 's first generation of ultra-low power Wi-Fi device.
Key responsibilities
Analog and/or RF CMOS system analysis, specification, design and verification
Assisting the team lead in producing excellent analog and/or radio sub-systems for our SoCs
Module and sub-system design of analog and/or RF CMOS modules
Transistor level circuit design in CMOS
Specification of test strategy and test case descriptions for IPs
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor, Masters or PhD in a relevant science or engineering discipline
Relevant industrial experience in integrated circuit design for RF CMOS and/or analog circuits
Experience and knowledge of CMOS transistors and analog circuits
Experience in designing RF CMOS and/or analog circuits at the transistor level in CMOS technology
Technical creativity and passion for developing innovative analog circuits
Written and verbal communication skills in English
