We're now looking for an Amazon Marketplace Manager who'll be responsible for the Amazon Marketplace channel and drive incremental sales and profit. This is a key role and you'll report to the Head of eCommerce. You'll be working at our HQ in Stockholm and be a part of a fun-loving and driven multicultural office of approx. 180 people from over 20 countries.
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Create a short and long term Amazon strategy
• Ownership of the marketplace P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
• Assortment planning and stock estimation
• Manage and improve processes across customer experience, online merchandising, finance, supply, wholesale & marketing
• Manage external partners and negotiate terms
• Create and optimize product listings
• Ensure full compliance with Amazon guidelines and rules
• Amazon Marketing and advertising management
• System monitoring
• Gather requirements for technical setup
• Cross-departmental stakeholder management
Requirements & Skills
• An expert at finding stuff out - if you don't know - you find it out!
• 3+ years of experience from relevant work within eCommerce or online marketing
• Fluent in English, both spoken & written (any additional language a plus!)
• Strong understanding of marketplace strategies and best practices
• Relevant university degree
• Advanced Excel skills (for reporting and analysis)
• Strong project and process management skills
Great if you also have:
• Managerial experience
• International working experience
• Understanding of logistics, warehousing, product creation
We'd love it if you have experience and knowledge of marketplace strategies and best practices, preferably from Amazon. BUT it's not a requirement! If you've been an eCommerce Manager, Project Leader in eComm, Online Merchandise Manager or held any other relevant position in this field, you are very welcome to apply! Your personal attributes are most important in this role.
We're looking for someone who's truly passionate, driven and business-minded, and who wants to take this chance to further grow our marketplace channel! For this you also need to be sales driven, stress-tolerant and have strong problem-solving skills. To really succeed in this role you should also have a hands-on attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset!
