What would you do as our AI Tech Lead
You will be a technical lead within a team of 6, working closely with Team Lead, guiding the team in modern development practices in cloud, backend and frontend development, working with our brand-new project related to AI Technical Development, based in Stockholm..
You will play a key role, acting as a business advisor, interfacing with multiple stakeholders, business, and product owners within entire ASSA ABLOY structure.
We work in cross-functional teams, responsible for developing modern, secure and top-quality solutions. We develop embedded applications and integrate them with Mobile Applications, Electronic Access Control software using cloud and microservice architecture. You would also:
• Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies.
• Be responsible for hands-on R&D Development.
• Interact with tech- and non-tech stakeholders, proposing solutions and negotiating.
The skills and experience you need.
We are looking for someone who:
• has several years of experience with designing both application architecture and cloud architecture (Azure or AWS).
• has previous DevOps and testing experience.
• is up to date with AI solutions and will be eager to promote AI best practices and processes across global cross-functional Teams.
• is experienced in leading and organizing DevOps teams working in an agile environment.
• is fluent in English, spoken and written.
