We are seeking an AI Project Manager (fixed term), to join our team to coordinate and drive AI use cases to ensure productivity improvements across Husqvarna group during 2026. This position plays a key role in ensuring that AI solutions are effectively implemented-from ideation to value realization-creating measurable value by streamlining workflows, automating tasks, and transforming the way we work.
As our AI Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of AI solutions that deliver measurable productivity improvements while driving progress toward our strategic roadmap. You will secure strong user satisfaction and adoption across the organization, and you will take ownership of prioritizing and managing the full portfolio of initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Market & AI Trends Analysis: Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirement Gathering: Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for AI and development teams, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
Backlog Prioritization: Own and manage the use case backlog, prioritizing features and improvements based on business value, feasibility, and customer impact.
Value Realization: Coordinate the value realization plan, measuring outcomes and reporting on status, issues, and risks.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Ensure transparency and collaboration between business and IT.
Location
This position is placed in Jonsered. At Husqvarna we use an hybrid working model with at least 50% in office.

Who Are You?
You enjoy driving projects and have a passion for AI and digital transformation. You combine an analytical mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You have a data-driven approach to decision-making and you thrive in collaborative settings and are motivated by the opportunity to make a tangible impact on business productivity.
You have
A masters degree within relevant field
Understanding business needs and how to communicate these to an IT organization.
We see that you have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, engage, and align diverse groups. You have an analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience in implementing digital or AI solutions is a strong advantage.
