We are looking for an Agile transformation coach with drive and passion. A people person who thrive in a setting where a lot of things are going on. We think you probably have a background in the digital area or in innovation at an agency or consultancy company.

What you'll do
• Analyse agile readiness at clients
• Coach and inspire our customers in lean and agile practices
• Implement principles, methods and tools
• Facilitate workshops
• Continually work to optimise our own agile working practices
• Presale and evangelism
• Having fun!
What you'll bring
• 5+ years in lean and agile principles and methods
• Fluency in business and technical discussion
• Understanding of industries such as Automotive, Industry, Telecom and Lifescience
• Understanding of one or more functional areas such as Marketing & Communication, Sales, R&D, Production etc.
• Background in product management, project or change management
• Used to facilitate workshops and present to management at various levels
• A way of installing good vibes into others
• Courage! You are not afraid to make the calls you believe in
