As a project manager you lead the planning, coordination and execution of development and delivery of complex trading functionality in a multi scrum team organization.
You will be part of a highly passionate development organization and work together with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Developers, and QA both in Stockholm and abroad. You enter the team with a senior mindset and you need to create strong relationships with all stakeholders to successfully meet the project deadlines. At the same time you will be the center of development project delivery and key in our success!
You will also be instrumental in improving our processes and coaching others to take next step in agile and continuous delivery
You have
• M Sc. in Computer Science or similar degree.
• Experience from development project management in an agile word with multiple interdependent teams.
• Understanding of the financial industry through working experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Developer or QA experience.
• Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus.
You are
• Collaborative and like to share knowledge
• Understands and believes in in agile project management and continuous improvement
• Focused on project delivery with high quality
• Used to work close to stakeholders in managing project timelines and deliverables
