About the job We are the Value Stream "HR & Payroll" and we're looking for an Agile Product Owner (APO) for one of our Cross Functional Teams (CFT). Our Stakeholder is the Group HR Director and the Heads of HR areas/ HR managers who forms the Group HR Management Team.

Our responsibility is to secure the service delivery including both development and maintenance of any IT solutions /support system they might need. We need to analyze needs, propose solutions, coordinate development activities and align with service providers/vendors and other CFT.

Our total portfolio of HR & Payroll solutions are to great extend cloud based covering processes/areas like Recruitment, Onboarding, Transfer, Off boarding, Salary/Payroll (POL by CGI & HRMS by Oracle), Time, Training/LMS (SABA by Visma), Talent, Compensation & Benefits (HCM Fusion by Oracle), Development, Business Intelligence, Reporting etc.

In the APO role, you are responsible for what to build/order and when, to maximize the value of the investments related to one or some of our stakeholder areas. Since we to a great extend work with Cloud solutions the supplier relation is very important, the development is mainly done by the external consultants.

You secure delivery of appropriate, secure & reliable IT services throughout the life-cycle within the HR area.
Responsible for collecting input and managing expectations from your stakeholders in order to optimize the deliveries.
Ensure that the backlog is in place; find the best balance between new functionality, maintenance, life cycle and regulatory items.
Manage stakeholder expectations on deliveries.
Plan and estimate the work & deliveries together with the team and other APOs.

What you need to succeed To be successful in this role, you need understanding & knowledge in development and maintenance of IT-solutions. You have understanding of the broad HR process domain and preferable deeper experience of some areas. You are preferably an experienced agile professional and a promotor of the agile way of working and experienced in working with external vendors. Excellent communication skills are crucial, and you find ways of adapting your communication to different stakeholders easily. Education: Preferable Academic degree in engineering, business administration or any other relevant discipline.
