If so, then you might be our new Agile Product Owner for the technical services used for accounting in Swedbank AB and the Savings Banks.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Be a servant leader in the agile team that ensure IT-capabilities for one of the largest accounting operations in Sweden.
• Support the team with daily decisions, prioritization, and coordination.
• Facilitate reoccurring ceremonies according to the development model SAFe.
• Strive for continuous improvements in service delivery to operational stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IT Service Management and IT Security standards.
• Be a vital part in our cloud journey "Accounting & Reporting Transformation".
What is needed in this role:
• Positive, supportive, and ambitious attitude.
• Deep technical knowledge, interest, and eagerness to learn.
• A minimum of five years' experience in relevant IT Leadership role.
• At least basic knowledge of accounting processes.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
• Relevant University degree and/or equivalent competence.
